Returns Policy

Product Exchange
If the product you receive doesn't satisfy you in size or design, you can exchange it within 14 calendar days after the day that you received it.

Greece
The cost of exchange is 5€

Cyprus/ Abroad
Exchange of products for Cyprus and abroad happens only with charge of the customer and with use of a Courier.

During periods were offers and/or sales are active the exchange of products is done using the current prices.

Requirements for valid exchange:
The product(s) must be in mint condition, just as they arrived, they should not have been worn, they should have all the labels still attached without any damages. stains or other alterations.
Furthermore, the product(s) should be returned in its original packaging and should the product have arrived with any additional protective packaging the protective packaging must be included in the return because it is considered a part of the product.
The product(s) should have been ordered via Piazzashoes.gr
In case that more than one product is being exchanged from one order all the products that you wish to exchange from said order should be included in the returning package.

In case you wish to exchange the products, you should contact us via telephone in 2109940675 or via email within the allotted time. (Email can be found under our contact us column in the website)After you contact us regarding your exchange, please place the products in their packaging and wrap the package with the wrapping paper or plastic bag for them to arrive in mint condition.

Return of products

If the product you received doesn't satisfy you in size or design, you may return it within 14 calendar days since the day you received the package and we can begin the process of refunding your money.

Greece
The cost of return is 3€ and it is deducted from the refunded amount.
If for your original order you weren’t charged any shipping and the returning product(s) don’t cover the minimum amount for free shipping then the refunded amount will include a deduction to cover the shipping costs(original and returning).

Abroad-Cyprus
The return’s shipping cost is determined by the current price list for shipping and is deducted from the refunded amount.

Refunds occur only for orders via our e-shop.
Bank deposits are done using our accounts in Piraeus Bank and Alpha Bank, there might be a commission taken from the refunded amount by the bank. Piazza Shoes is not obligated to pay for that commission which is received by the customer’s bank.

Refunds are NOT GIVEN on our physical store.
